Croatia - Yacht Charter Itinerary

A luxury yacht charter in Croatia allows unique access to one of the most dramatic coastlines in all of Europe – soaring mountains, deep gorges, cascading waterfalls, and fields of lavender. More than a thousand uninhabited islands rise out of the spectacularly clear waters.

 

DAY 1 Known as the ‘Queen of the Adriatic’ Venice has a rich nautical history  - and she is the perfect spot to pass a few days before embarking on your private yacht.

 

DAY 2 The second day of your yacht charter to Croatia brings you to the northwest coast and Rovinj, a picturesque fishing port, which many consider to be one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic coast.

 

DAY 3 Set sail for the Brijuni, a group of fourteen small islands, separated from the Istrian peninsula by the Fažana Straight. Enjoy the beauty of the national park of Brijuni, known for its rich harmony of flora and fauna, historical monuments and its fine hotels and renowned restaurants.

 

DAY 4 Your charter in Croatia brings you to the famous Dalmatian coast and the ancient town of Zadar (9th century BC). Wander through the streets of this walled peninsula town and visit the well preserved Gothic Renaissance monuments.

 

DAY 5 Close to Zadar you will find the Kornati Archipelago, a group of some 130 islands many of which comprise the Kornati National Park. The park is an area of exceptional beauty and its outstanding features include its rugged coastline, which comprises an almost countless number of caves and coves, and its seabed, which offers stunning reefs and steep pinnacles.

 

DAY 6 At the mouth of the Krka River lies the fortressed village of Šibenik, one of the oldest towns of the Adriatic coast. One of the highlights of the town is the Cathedral of St James, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Close to Šibenik is the Krka National Park, which features the spectacular cascading waterfall

DAY 7 The island of Hvar, one of the longest Adriatic Islands and host to lavender fields, olive groves, and vineyards. Hvar is an extremely popular tourist destination and is considered to be one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
